Associate Creative Director,
DDB Group Singapore

While majoring in business, Ed discovered that he had no business sticking to that path or wearing tapered pants. Ad land was more than happy to welcome another lost child.

After being told that the best thing about his book was the bag that contained it, he has thankfully seen better days. At TBWA he bagged his first CCAs, but JWT was the place where he first cut his teeth on leading a mean team on the Pizza Hut account. Gratefully, he did not make a mess of things and some accolades followed – which included the first Singapore Media Award, Effies and Markie for the client. His lucky streak also continued at One Show, D&AD, Spikes and Young Guns.

Today, he is an Associate Creative Director at DDB/Rapp Singapore. Where he has the great fortune of leading a pack of hungry and eclectic creatives. Where digital folks work on TV spots and “print” peeps dabble in digital. Early signs of the experiment has been encouraging by coming up tops in Singapore’s Young Lions Film Challenge, and a recent finalist in the digital category at Spikes. The tinkering continues.

Executive Creative Director,
JWT Singapore

Medical school, architecture, radio production, book publishing, …after many wrong but incredibly fun turns, Juhi agreed to kill her summer as a trainee at Lowe and got hooked. Growing up in agencies like McCann, Ogilvy and JWT, Juhi got the opportunity to work with the finest creative and strategic talents in the country before she left India.

Within one year of being ECD at JWT Jakarta, she changed the face of Indonesian advertising at international award shows by bringing home the country’s first Cannes metal.

Her work for WWF’s mybabytree.org, done at a time when digital advertising in Indonesia was still emerging, won one of only two Green Spikes (the other was for the famed ‘Earth Hour’ campaign). mybabytree.org is still up and has till date planted over 15,000 trees in Borneo.

She soon took over at Saatchi Indonesia as ECD, and the agency went from one bronze in the local show to their first ever Cannes haul of multiple shortlists and metals. Before moving to Singapore, Juhi had won multiple Silvers, bronzes and finalists at Cannes, Spikes and Adfest. Cannes Dove for best interactive at ACT. Creative Director of the year Indonesia, golds, silvers, bronzes, best of show and agency of the year multiple times.
Gold and silver Adsoftheworld, BestadsonTV.

Today Juhi works as ECD on Unilever’s Global Lux business and Friesland Campina’s Global Friso business at JWT Singapore. After 3 shortlists at this year’s Cannes for Lux, she brought home one shortlist, one bronze, one gold and one grand prix for JWT at this year’s Spikes Asia. The fact that most of her wins have come on big clients like Sunsilk, Panasonic, Listerine and Lux, is something she finds exceptionally rewarding.

Juhi has a special passion for filmmaking, creative use of media, ambient, and loves working with young creatives. She has conducted sessions for students at Award School Asia, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and spoken at Marketing to Women 2011 and Women in Media at INSEAD.

A love for pop culture, a degree in Psychology and an inability to get those damn jingles out of his head led Ajay to his first writing job at JWT India.

Since then, Ajay went on to become an unofficial citizen of the ASEAN- spending the last 18 years across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore with McCann-Erickson in two markets, Bates/141 and now Publicis Singapore.

While at Bates/141 in Malaysia, he came up with his cleverst creative idea ever- to take on the job of Managing Director. He ran the agency for two profitable years before returning to the Fold.

He's been lucky enough to have worked on some of the most famous and influential brands in the world: Coca-Cola, P&G, BMW, Nokia, Honda, Heineken, Levi's, Nestle, MasterCard, General Motors and Citibank, to name in few.
