Siddhi started off her career at a time when nailing the stereotype, was awarded. Over the years, she realized the only way to break the cycle was to celebrate the niche, the rebels, the changemakers. So she did. Her work across brands like Budweiser, Puma, Nivea, Mondelez has always aimed to bring positive impact on society, add a new dimension to the norm and impart culture.

Being a woman in advertising, she feels strongly about how women are portrayed and treated in the industry. She created “The Propah Lady” for Puma, a campaign that shattered every norm and stereotype and became the focal point that represented the cultural shift in the way women were portrayed in Indian advertising. In her work for beauty and personal care brands as well, she has consciously made the shift to show women in nontraditional roles and write narratives that bring out her personality instead of just romancing her beauty.

Out of all her achievements, Siddhi takes most pride in mentoring the next gen creatives and helping women in advertising take their space and be heard.

Isa Ong is a musician who lives in several projects, including the bands Pleasantry, Amateur Takes Control and sub:shaman, spanning the genres of indie pop/rock, experimental rock and post-rock. Since 2007, he has released numerous albums and EPs, with overseas performances in cities such as Toronto, London, San Francisco, Tokyo and Kolkata, and local performances at Laneway Festival, The Gathering and ArtScience Museum. Since 2022, he has been a mentor to several bands under the Baybeats Budding Bands Programme.

Independently, Isa produces electronic music under the name Claude Glass, releasing his debut EP, Isekai, in late-2020 under the label Syndicate, with exclusive music videos and features on Mixmag Asia, Nowness Asia, Triple J, as well as audio-visual showcases for Singapore International Festival of Arts (SIFA), and other installations in Singapore in collaboration with visual artists. He is currently dabbling in production and recording work for other musical artists such as lewloh and Alicia DC.

While apart from his bands and independent music projects, he's a creative and music supervisor at the audio production house Fuse Adventures in Audio, where he's crafted all things audio for ads over the past 8 years.

He was the President of The Design Society, and a recipient of the President*s Design Award Singapore, Design & Art Direction (D&AD) Awards, Art Director's Club (ADC) Awards, One Show Design Award. He previously co-founded Hjgher where he served as the creative director for 12 years, within which he conceptualised two publications: the award-winning Underscore, and The U Press, a broadsheet on local creative culture.

Charu Menon

As Managing Director & Executive Producer of Heckler, Charu Menon has produced work that has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D&AD, AWARD, YDA, St Kilda, Doc Edge and Spikes, among others.

She is a TVC and visual effects producer with over fifteen years of experience in film, TV, advertising and digital content across Australia, India and South East Asia for global brands including Apple, Adidas, Lego, Pepsi, McDonald's, and Samsung to name a few. Charu was part of the Direction Jury for D&AD in 2020 and 2022.

She was also a part of the Film Craft Jury at Cannes Lions 2023 and served on craft juries for Immortal Awards, Ciclope Asia, Ciclope Berlin, Ad Black Sea 2023 and Madstars in Korea. She was voted as a Campaign Brief Asia Woman to Watch in 2021.

She is the writer-producer and EP of 'By the River' - an Australian documentary on the 'death hotels' in the holy Indian city of Varanasi which picked up a slew of awards including the Golden Tripod at the Australian Cinematographer Society Awards 2020, and was the Official Selection at two Oscar qualifying International Film Festivals - Doc Edge and St Kilda Film Festival. It was also an Official Selection at the United Nations International Film Festival and bagged the best short documentary award at the Moscow Short Film Festival.

Michaela Futcher

After graduating from film school and deciding to find a way to pay some bills, Michaela started her advertising career as a relatively terrible junior art director at DDB Sydney. She continued that path for a few years, even winning a few awards, before someone cleverly realised terrible art directors can make mildly less terrible strategists.

Since then, she has worked at Droga5, The Royals and today leads the extraordinary output of the team at TBWA/Media Arts Lab APAC from Singapore, where she is the Regional Head of Strategy and Managing Director. Here she has led the agency that oversees South East Asia, ANZ and India for Apple, to win its first creative awards in the region at Cyclops, D&AD, Cannes, Andy's, Award, One Show and Spikes. She is pumped about creativity, relentless in her pursuit of new, better, and different, and is hopelessly optimistic about the business we are in.

She was recognized as a prominent female leader in the industry by Cannes Lions 'See It Be It', is ranked as one of Canada's Top 10 Art Directors, and is currently Singapore's #5 Most Awarded Creative.

Matthys' commercials and branded content have won awards at the OneShow, Cannes Lions, London International Awards and brought home both the Loeries Film and Creativity Grands Prix.

He is drawn to the variety that life has to offer, seeking adrenaline wherever he can, be that rock climbing, traversing mountain ranges in multi-day treks - from South Africa to Patagonia to Kashmir - armed with a backpack, tent, map and GPS, or cycling through the desert for days on end. He loves experiencing everything; coming alive in the wilderness and around other people (a true extrovert), and exploring the beauty of different cultures.

Matthys' films resonate with poignant themes, accompanied by compelling performances, always delivered with cinematic beauty. He has a specific affinity for working with actors; guiding them to find truth and honesty within themselves to which they give authentic expression.

His array of both feature-length and short films have triumphed, amassing a cascade of awards, including three SAFTAS. These cinematic gems traverse the globe, finding homes with eminent distributors and platforms like HBO, ITN, Amazon, Encrypta, Showmax and Netflix.

After 9 years at Ogilvy Singapore and J. Walter Thompson, Hynds became Agency Head at Spark44, where she managed the Jaguar and Land Rover businesses across APAC. She was GM to BBDO Singapore in 2020 to lead the business expansion within the agency. And recently, with Hogarth and DDB Group.

Fiercely passionate about the work and creativity, Hynds will join the Craft Gong jury this year to bring the best of our work to the world.

Collaborating with clients like Apple, Razer, and Samsonite, and even celebrities like Ed Sheeran and organizations like Greenpeace, Wenhao leverages his two decades of experience to create magic. He embodies his craft, firmly believing that the impossible can be made possible. True to his relentless spirit, he often finds himself immersed in 80-hour workweeks, reminiscent of his enthusiastic 17-year-old self.

Nikhil Panjwani

Nikhil is a regional ECD working at Ogilvy Singapore. Born and bred in Bombay, India, he has led teams across India and Asia Pacific to create world-famous work for renowned brands like Ikea, Absolut, Heineken, Google, United Nations, Guinness, Nike, Virgin Mobile and most recently, The Coca-Cola Company. Work that sometimes went beyond ads and became part of pop culture. Winning him over 75 shiny metals, including golds at Cannes Lions, One Show, Webbys, the Andy's, D&AD, Clios, LIA and a Grand Prix at ADFEST. In 2015, ad-age claimed he was one of the top 10 copywriters in the world. How they arrived at that data point is still up for debate. Of late, he's been applying his specialised skills to get his three-year-old daughter to eat more greens. So far, it isn't working.
